Policy and Procedures

Cancellation policy: Because your time is held especially for you, if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled time or you will be responsible for payment.

No Show policy:  If you fail to show for a scheduled appointment you will be responsible for payment.  It will then be up to Karen's discretion if she will rebook you for future appointments.

Late policy:  If you are late for an appointment, the time you are late will be deducted from your massage.

Payment policy: Payment is accepted in cash, check or credit card thru PayPal only.  Payment is due at the time of service.  If your bank returns your check, you will incur an additional $15.00 fee.

Inappropriate Conduct: Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
