Description of services offered

Swedish: Also called Relaxation massage.  The techniques used are long strokes, kneading, pressure and friction.  This type of massage is used to increase circulation, induce relaxation, and reduce stress.

Deep Tissue:  This is also known as Therapeutic massage.  Some techniques used are deep finger pressure and trigger point therapy.  This type of massage is generally used for specific problem areas or tense, painful muscles.

Hot Stone: This massage is very relaxing and therapeutic.  Hot stones are used on the body to induce the muscles into a deep relaxation allowing the therapist to treat tense muscles more effectively.

Aromatherapy: Pure essential oils are used to balance all systems holistically.  A wonderful addition to any massage.

Reiki: Gentle and holistic therapy that involves using the universal life force energy to bring balance to the mind, body and spirit.

ThetaHealing: Cancel, replace or resolve past issues and memories held in the subconscious and initiate the healing process with ThetaHealing. This is an easy and effective way of clearing emotional and physical roadblocks.
